It is perfect for what I needed it for!!
I bought this for my boyfriend as a gift. He's bought many razor/shaver and tried plenty of brands but he's always complained about it not having a good cut or not being able to trim it. When he tried this he loved it and was also happy about the different parts it came with. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a good trim and cut!
First off I would like to say the trimmer is exactly what I was hoping for. It fits the hand well is light and is very sharp. For about 45 years I have owned and operated two very small businesses. To this day providing fair and honest customer support is key I think to any business. We all experience issues with things we purchase or services that are being provided. I was experiencing a small issue with my trimmer and contacted Scott, the owner of this company. His response and resolve to the issue was first rate! If needed I would have no problem shopping with him again. I would also recommend this trimmer to my friends without hesitation.
I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband in November 2022its now September and the trimmer doesnt keep a charge dies immediately. My husband has a goatee and only uses it 3 times a week! He has never traveled with it so no damage or misuse!! Very disappointed because he really liked this product, he had had others that lasted years! Maybe its a product glitch, its a shame because it looks new!
